Annual Dues Payment for Regional Clubs, tiered by the number of members. Due no later than 12/31 of each year. Do not use for SV Member Club dues. The Regional Club Survey is mandatory, so please fill it out and have a copy of your Club Insurance and Roster ready to attach at the bottom. Submit the form, then continue to Dues payment. Please include the name of your club in the Notes section of the Checkout tab. Failing to do so may slow down your show approval process. Thank you!
