SUBJECT:  Reservations for 2018 GSDCA National Specialty Vendor Booth Space

The 2018 German Shepherd Dog Club of America Nationals will be hosted at “Purina Events Center”, located in Gray Summit, Missouri. We look forward to our past years vendors returning and excited for any new vendors to join us.  Below we have listed our events schedule, options and fees.

The 2018 National week begins outdoors on Saturday, October 13thwith C Course Herding and Track plotting.  Indoors at the Events Center we have the start of two days of All Breed Agility followed by two days of our GSD National Agility Trials.  Tuesday morning we head outdoors for the Pre-National Specialty Show in the Main Show field, and the GSDCA Temperament Test at the outdoor Agility Field. Wednesday morning brings the Futurity – Maturity Finals and the Conformation Sweepstakes judging outdoors and indoors in the Gateway Hall the GSDC of St. Louis Obedience and Rally trials begin.  Wednesday afternoon is filled with educational programs throughout the Events Center.  Wednesday evening begins our Stud Dog Presentation.  Thursday morning begins with our Opening Ceremonies followed by National Specialty conformation judging in the Great Hall, Regional Obedience and Rally Trials in the Gateway Hall, Lure Coursing and Dock Diving outdoors.  Friday, National Obedience & Rally Trials and our National Specialty Conformation judging continues.  Saturday is our Best of Breed classes and Junior Showmanship.  

With so many events planned, we have a limited number of spaces available. You will need to reserve your space in advance as all spaces are on a first come first serve basis.  Vendor spaces will be assigned starting in the Great Hall where most of the events will be offered.  We will have a few spaces in the Gateway Hall (where Obedience and Rally classes are offered on Wednesday, Thursday & Friday) if you would like one of these please let me know.  Should you have any additional needs not listed please do not hesitate to contact me.

You may drop ship any products you have for your booth to your company name, GSDCA National Vendor, c/o Purina Events Center, 300 Checkerboard Loop, Gray Summit, Missouri 63039,



We have not changed our rates from last year, and as always we have our discount to GSDCA

members of $50.00 and a $50.00 discount for entire 7 day set up.


One booth space will consist of a 10 x 10 dedicated space with electric hook up.

OPTION A:  $200.00*(Member GSDCA) – $250.00 (non Member) Single Booth - Saturday, Oct. 13, 2018 to Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2018.

OPTION B:  $250.00* (Member GSDCA)– $300.00 (non Member) Single Booth - Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2018 to Saturday, Oct. 20, 2018.  

OPTION C:  $400.00* (Member GSDCA)– $450.00 (non Member) Single Booth - Saturday, Oct. 13, 2018 to Saturday, Oct. 20, 2018.

*Non Member Price of $50.00 added.                                                                

This year we would prefer our Vendors pay through the GSDCA store at www.gsdca.org.  Please complete the Booth Space Request Form, go online and pay for your space or spaces, you will receive an order # when payment is complete, write your order number on your Booth space request formand send it to me. You may scan and email completed form to me or mail to the address above.  If you cannot pay by credit card through the store please contact me.  Remember this is on a first come first serve basis.  Both Space will be assigned per your request and will be honored by order of receiving your Request Formand payment.

Parking: *Please complete information below.  We will have a designated parking area for those with large trucks and those pulling trailers.   If you need assistance getting product from your trailer to the building, please contact the Vendor Chairperson.

When moving in please understand we will not allow the large overhead door to be opened during the day as our Agility Trials will be going on.  You may use the man doors from 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. and the large overhead doors may be opened after 5:00 P.M. for move in. Before I close, I have a great opportunity to market your product to over 30,000 people each month and that is the GSDCA.org web site which has a classified add section that would allow you exposer to its visitors.

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations will be accepted and full refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the commencement of this event. Cancellations submitted up to 30 days prior to the beginning of this event will receive half of their paid fees. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the event.

Please read carefully as changes have been made in accordance with Purina Farm’s Requirements

  • Please note that there are NO handicapped accessible RV spaces available.
  • Preference will be given in order of reservation receipt.
  • (Main RV Lot) Full hook (30 and 50 amp electrical, water and sewer) reserved space rate is $35/night.
  • (Overflow RV Lot) 30 & 50 amp electrical service and water available to fill tanks. Reserved space rate is $25/night.
  • All reservations will be assigned spots including the Overflow RV Lot.
  • Cancellations made prior to the date of show closure will be refunded, cancellations made after show closing will not be refunded.

RV Parking Reservations can be completed in four easy steps.

Step one:  Download the RV Reservation Form

Step two:  Go to GSDCA Store, and pay for your spot.  Please print out your order confirmation.   Note:  Each spot must be paid for separately.

Step three:  Fill out your 2018 RV Reservation Form, make sure to include your order confirmation number confirming payment. Your payment confirmation will be sent to RV Chair.

Selling or transferring your spot (before or after closing) to someone else is prohibited.

 Exhibitor Responsibilities and Rules

  • According to new Purina Farm’s new protocol: Spot Assignment and tags for RV and vehicles will be picked up upon arrival in spot B2 between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm.
  • Only cars (max of 2 or 1 car and a tow vehicle) affiliated with the RVs parked in the spots will be allowed to park in the same spot in the RV lot. Any cars not affiliated with the RVs in the spots will be asked to move or be towed at the owner’s expense.
  • Purina Farms reserves the right to two any vehicle without proper documentation at the owner’s expense.
  • You may not leave dogs unattended in any RV or trailer overnight.
  • All towed vehicles must be detached and a 20 foot driving lane maintained.
  • You may park two standard‐sized additional vehicles in each reserved space in addition to your RV. Additional parked vehicles must display a parking tag in the windshield.
  • You may not move into your space prior to 9 am on Sunday, October 14, 2018 and must remove your RV from your space by 9:00 am Sunday, October 21, 2018 (unless you receive written permission from the RV Chair).
  • Quiet hours are from 10 pm until 6 am. Please be considerate of your neighbors during these hours. Note that no RVs will be allowed to move into spaces during these times. Anyone arriving during these hours can temporarily park in the parking lot at the outdoor agility field until 6 am when they can move to their spot in the RV lot.
  • A complete copy of Purina Farms Guest Rules will be handed out along with vehicle tags.
