Annual Dues Payment for Regional Clubs, tiered by the number of members. Due no later than 12/31 of each year. Do not use for SV Member Club dues. The Regional Club Survey is mandatory, so please fill it out and have a copy of your Club Insurance and Roster ready to attach at the bottom. Be sure to click Submit after the survey, then continue to Dues payment and hit Submit a second time. Please include the name of your club in the Notes section of the Checkout tab!! Failing to do so may slow down your show approval process. Thank you!
