"A large and very masculine, richly pigmented
black and red male of beautiful type and in excellent condition. He has
a marvelous head with a strong, well formed muzzle, dark well shaped eyes,
and excellent ear carriage. His neck is long and well formed, his withers
high and his back strong and of correct length. His croup is long and
properly formed and his tail carriage is ideal. He is correctly angulated
fore and rear and has a good shoulder opening and his hindquarter reaches
well underneath him. He has a smooth driving gait and is clean coming
and going. He showed with great presence and style and never let down."
