Litters Whelped 10/1/09 thru 9/30/10

Litter Nomination Fee is $25.00. However, if you nominate your litter in the first week, there is no charge for the litter nomination (how can you beat that??).
(Late fees apply after the litter is 120 days old)

Note 1: Nominations for these litters must be received no later than Jan 1 2011. It is recommended, regardless of which option you chose, to first download the selected file. That way you always have it immediately available should you need another copy, or multiple copies.

Note 2: After filling out the form, mail it along with your $25 (plus any late fees -- as applicable).  Fees are NON REFUNDABLE. If you nominate your litter within the first 7 days after the litter birth, the nomination fee is free, courtesy of Purina.
