Successful Shoppers Read This First
DO NOT LOG ON AS A MEMBER FIRST TO RENEW MEMBERSHIP.
Your order "WENT THROUGH" if you get a page that says your order was successful. There are 2 screens after the one where you put in your credit card information. You should also get a receipt sent to the email you list at checkout.
If you don't see the success page, please look for the error message. The most common errors are:
- your card has expired
- you mistyped the 3-digit number from the back of your card
- your billing address doesn't match the address your credit card company has on file for you
Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome are the most reliable ways to access the Internet.
