The GSD Review - the Official Magazine of the German Shepherd Dog Club of America (GSDCA)

The GSD Review - December 2009 CoverThe German Shepherd Dog Review is the official publication of the German Shepherd Dog Club of America. It is published monthly and mailed to all GSDCA members as a benefit of membership. We have members and subscribers in the United States and Canada, as well as Mexico and Europe.

The Review is a four-color glossy magazine featuring articles of interest to all friends of the German Shepherd Dog. Whether your GSD is a trusted family companion, a breed champion, a competitor in any of the many performance events available to our breed or a combination of all these, the Review has something for you.

In the December 2009 issue we had a great story from some of our members who represented the German Shepherd Dog in the huge American Kennel Club-sponsored Meet The Breeds in New York City. We also had a story about a registered therapy GSD who might have been side-lined by degenerative myelopathy, but his determination to continue led his family to devise a new way for him to continue his visits. We also recognized those of our members who had achieved 10, 25 and 30 years of membership, plus those who have reached the status of lifetime members after 40 years.

GSD Review - January CoverEvery issue contains the results of regional shows with pictures of the winners, along with a calendar of upcoming events, plus the monthly listing of all GSDs who have earned any of the 30 or 40 titles awarded by the American Kennel Club. And the advertisements placed by proud owners of German Shepherd Dogs make each issue very attractive.
