Ad size is 5 ˝” x 8 ˝” with a half-inch margin on all sides.  Send copy and layout with instructions and CHECK (payment) to the Advertising Chairperson.  8”x 10” glossy photos preferred.  Copy MUST be clear.  NO FAXES.  Photos will be returned if accompanied by postage and return envelope.  Special ad placements are limited to full page ONLY and are on a first come basis.  NO placements will be reserved without a receipt of full payment.  Free cut on full page only.  Otherwise additional fee of $8 if not camera ready.  Any reduction or enlargement of logos or artwork will be charged for.  All ad payment due with ad copy.
