If you are a current member of the GSDCA, the following approach should gain you access.
If you have any problem in accessing the secured members only area, please contact me (Bill Pfeiffer) at greypines@aol.com. Provide me with the exact information you entered so I can check out the problem. I will verify your secured entry on the GSDCA web site and email you back with clarified instructions on how to gain access. I appreciate in advance your working with me to make this portion of the web site a success.
1) please read the following steps and then click on the Blue entry Point above.
2) Enter your last name as shown on your membership card in the first block and your membership number in the second block. This will work for most members. The first letter is in upper case and the remaining are in lower case
3) If there is a common name (more than one on the membership rolls) you will have to enter your full name as shown on your membership card. Enter last name first and then the remainder of your name as shown on your membership card. There are no spaces between last name, first name and middle initial. The first letter of the Last name, first name and middle initial should be in upper case and all others letters of the name in lower case letters. The security algorithm is case and space position sensitive.
4) If your card shows you as Jr. it must be entered as it is on your card (you probably will not need to enter first name as there are no multiple Jrs with the same last name).
Items in the Secured Area:
1) Financials, auditors report and details
2) Selected Committee Reports
3) Membership listing
4) Other information deemed appropriate for secured and limited distribution.
5) Draft Illustrated Standard
6) Items currently available are the minutes from almost all formal meetings for 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 and Q1 2005.
