Mail all entries with Fees to: Doris Estabrook, 1908 Sorrel Lane, Gardnerville, NV 89410 (775-265-1703).  MAKE ALL CHECKS and MONEY ORDERS payable to: GSDCA. CANADIAN EXHIBITORS must make fees payable in U.S. FUNDS.

Entry will be acknowledged time allowing. Additional entries may be taken the day of the show, prior to the start of the test.

Refunds will not be made for dogs not present for the test.

In consideration for participation in the Herding Instinct Test held by the GSDCA, I (we) agree to assume all responsibility for any claim, loss or damage, of whatever kind or nature, whether to person or property, which may be caused at or near the Herding Instinct Test.  I further agree that I will hold the GSDCA, its officers, directors, agents and members harmless and defend them from any and all liability for injury, claim, damage or l agree to indemnify the GSDCA, its officers, directors, agents and members for any loss, cost or expense, including attorney fees and costs, which the GSDCA, its officers, directors, agents or members might be subject as a result of any claim, suit, loss or damage caused in any way by any act of negligence on my part or on the part of any dog or dogs I have entered or brought to the Herding Instinct Test. I acknowledge that while the GSDCA may provide for the Herding Instinct Test, it does not have and does not exercise control over the conduct of those present. I certify and represent that the dog or dogs I have entered or brought to the Herding Instinct Test is / are not a hazard to other dogs, other animals or to people.

I (we) will pay for injuries or replacement value in the event of death of any livestock by my (our) dog. If injury to any stock caused by my (our) dog entered or brought to this Herding Instinct Test. I (we) assume responsibility for any damage. I (we) agree to pay for full market value of the injured animal in case of injury or the veterinary bill of the injured stock, whichever is agreeable to the stock owner.
